Pentagon Motor Group in Lincoln is seeking a Warranty Team Leader to oversee the warranty team, ensuring claims are processed accurately and efficiently in line with manufacturer requirements.

You will lead and develop the team, monitor performance, and coordinate with Service and other departments to maximise success and minimise rejections. A comprehensive benefits package is offered from day one.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Warranty Administration or Motor Trade environment.
• Experience of leading, supervising or supporting a team.
• Strong understanding of automotive warranty processes and manufacturer requirements.
• Excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Customer focused and able to deliver high service levels.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with relevant systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Process driven with compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and motivate the Warranty team to achieve objectives.
• Oversee submission and monitoring of all warranty claims.
• Ensure claims are submitted accurately within manufacturer timescales.
• Process warranty and retail invoices.
• Liaise with the Service team and manage work in progress.
• Communicate with manufacturers to resolve submission issues.
• Ensure warranty procedures comply with guidelines and audit readiness.
• Monitor paid claims and maintain accurate records.
• Keep up to date with warranty bulletins and inform colleagues.
