Job summary

Encore is seeking a Lead Warehouse Technician in Uxbridge to manage distribution and receipt of event technology equipment. The role is onsite, requiring proactive collaboration with the Senior Warehouse Technician and Supervisor to meet deadlines and maintain service levels.

The successful candidate will oversee equipment prep, stock control, and safety, with a focus on accurate order processing and effective liaison with customers and vendors. Salary up to £34,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to prioritise and work accurately under deadlines.
• Experience using MS Office suite.
• Ability to lead team members and collaborate with clients.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate all warehouse duties with high accuracy and quality.
• Load and unload trailers and process receipts and orders.
• Plan workload and coordinate with technicians for maintenance and stock readiness.
• Ensure proper packaging and minimize damage to shipments.
• Maintain stock accuracy of spare parts and order from suppliers as needed.
• Ensure cleaning, testing, and upkeep of equipment before/after jobs.
• Coordinate with repair staff on scheduled maintenance and repairs.
