First Call Contract Services, Ltd. is recruiting for a Hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a shift in a temperature-controlled logistics operation at Heathrow/Feltham.

You will supervise across the shift, allocate work, and ensure safe, efficient, and accurate handling of goods, including receipt, storage and dispatch. The role requires a proven background in warehouse supervision, a valid Counterbalance forklift licence, and experience in fast-paced logistics environments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations on shift and allocate work.
• Motivate and lead the warehouse team to deliver.
• Manage receipt, storage and dispatch of temperature-controlled goods.
• Ensure accurate stock records and temperature checks.
• Maintain health & safety, food safety and security standards.
• Coordinate with transport and distribution teams to keep freight moving.
