Job summary

Falcon Green Personnel is seeking a Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of a £50m warehouse project in Manchester for a Tier-One main contractor. You will lead the programme, drive delivery and provide strong leadership across the project team, supply chain and key stakeholders to achieve safety, quality and budget targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the project programme from pre-construction through to completion.
• Lead the project team and supply chain with clear accountability and communication.
• Develop, manage and review the overall programme, identifying critical path activities and risks.
• Drive delivery to milestones, ensuring on-time completion within budget and quality standards.
• Lead coordination between design, commercial, construction and procurement teams.
