Programe Manager £45,000 - £55,000 Benefits Permanent Full-time Warrington

Are you a Programme Manager or similar with a background in manufacturing and supply chain or similar and strong project and leadership skills?

Are you looking for a senior role where you can take ownership of cost reduction, inventory management and customer relationships across multiple UK sites?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established business in a key management position, overseeing an integrated supply programme across multiple manufacturing locations.

You will be responsible for ensuring programme deliverables are achieved, managing Engineering / Maintenance and Factory Consumables Storerooms, and driving improvements across inventory, procurement and material handling.

This varied role will see you managing teams, working closely with customer stakeholders and identifying Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) opportunities, including process efficiencies, product substitution, product rationalisation, price reduction and cost of quality improvements.

The role will involve regular travel between customer sites across the UK.

This role would suit a Programme Manager or similar with a background in manufacturing and supply chain, looking for a full-time senior role taking care of a multi-site programme across multiple UK sites.

The Role

• Managing cost reduction initiatives and ensuring all programme deliverables are achieved
• Overseeing Engineering / Maintenance and Factory Consumables Storeroom operations
• Managing and mentoring staff to ensure best practices are maintained
• Managing inventory, material handling and storeroom processes
• Regular travel between multiple UK sites
• Mon-Fri

The Person

• Background as Programme Manager or similar
• Background in manufacturing and supply chain or similar
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to travel between multiple UK sites
• Commutable to Warrington
