Job summary

365 People is seeking a Deputy Section Leader for a busy, high‑volume logistics operation in Lutterworth. You will lead a small team on the warehouse floor, ensuring safety and productivity while supporting the Section Manager.

Immediate start preferred, or with notice period. The successful candidate will have prior Deputy Section Leader or Senior Warehouse Operative experience in a fast-paced distribution environment, with strong decision‑making and communication skills, and familiarity with

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small warehouse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and leadership presence on the floor.
• Proactive problem solver with ability to make quick decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of eight warehouse colleagues across the shift.
• Allocate work and keep the shift running smoothly.
• Carry out warehouse duties including tipping, picking, packing and stock movement.
• Operate VNA and PPT equipment where required.
• Monitor workload, space and flow; escalate issues early with solutions.
