Job summary

4M Recruitment Limited is seeking a Warehouse Automation Test Manager for a permanent, hybrid role in Northamptonshire. You will lead testing and validation across automated warehouse projects, ensuring integrated hardware and software meet customer requirements and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience in warehouse automation and integrated systems.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to work at customer sites across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end test plans for automated warehouse solutions.
• Oversee testing activities, including FAT, UAT, subsystem and performance testing.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers and multidisciplinary engineering and software teams.
• Lead, motivate and develop the Integration Test Engineering team.
• Manage testing issues and non-conformances, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Drive continuous improvement across testing processes, tools and procedures.
• Support projects from solution design through to customer handover and performance validation.
