Chattyvets in Staffordshire is seeking an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to take on leadership of a well-equipped small animal practice. You will drive clinical standards, mentor a capable team, and shape the growth of the clinic within a supportive veterinary network.

The role offers 40 hours per week, with Monday to Friday 8:30am–6:00pm, no weekends or out-of-hours. Salary is competitive with a Lead Vet Bonus up to 20%, plus CPD, private medical insurance, and relocation support.
