A leading veterinary practice in Lincolnshire is seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to provide exceptional clinical care and support to a dedicated team. A well-established, purpose-built veterinary practice in Quarrington is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their dedicated team. The practice boasts an excellent client base, a supportive and experienced team, and outstanding facilities including five consulting rooms, separate dog and cat wards, and fully equipped operating theatres with the latest technology such as ECG, in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, dentistry equipment, and ultrasound.
This role offers the opportunity to lead clinical care within a busy, varied caseload environment and work within a practice that supports professional development through nurse and vet training programmes.

Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients through consultations and procedures
Provide clear, compassionate updates and support to clients
Maintain the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance
Prepare accurate client estimates and manage payments efficiently
Work closely with practice management to maximise commercial performance and key performance indicators
Mentor, engage, and develop clinical and support staff, utilising coaching and leadership skills
Inspire and motivate the team by sharing updates on evolving clinical practices and processes
Ensure smooth clinical handovers and coordinate patient care outside of regular hours as needed
Promote and share clinical best practices within the practice and across wider networks
Registered Veterinary Surgeon with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS)
Proven clinical leadership skills and experience
Strong track record in delivering high-quality care to both patients and clients
A deep understanding of how exceptional care enhances client experience
Experience in implementing a progressive clinical culture and delivering commercial results
Effective team player with excellent coaching and influencing skills
