Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care is seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon for Axe Valley Vets, Somerset. You will be the most senior clinician, shaping clinical standards while continuing hands-on work across a varied caseload.

You’ll provide clinical leadership to the team, oversee complex cases, and work with senior leadership to drive quality, outcomes and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Veterinary degree and RCVS registration to practice in the UK.
• Significant leadership experience in a veterinary setting.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop others and lead governance initiatives.

Responsibilities
