Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Validation Manager to lead a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, driving validation of facilities, equipment, systems and processes. You will build and manage a high-performing Validation team and mentor members to achieve excellence.

You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Operations to ensure cGMP compliance, regulatory readiness and alignment with EudraLex Volume 4 Annex 11 and Annex 15 across the business.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform validation activities for facilities, equipment, systems and processes in GMP.
• Lead, develop and mentor the Validation team and support recruitment and performance management.
• Establish and maintain validation procedures, policies, VMPs, SOPs for compliance and effectiveness.
• Prepare, execute and review validation protocols and reports in line with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance and User Departments to deliver validation with minimal disruption.
• Drive continuous improvement in validation documentation and processes while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and represent Validation in internal and external audits.
