This senior role controls validation across facilities, equipment and processes, develops Validation Master Plans, SOPs and protocols, and ensures regulatory readiness in line with EudraLex Volume 4 Annex 11 and 15, collaborating with Quality, Engineering and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in validation and GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading and developing validation teams.
• Experience authoring validation protocols and Validation Master Plans (VMPs).

• Coordinate and perform validation project activities for facilities, equipment, systems, and processes in compliance with GMP requirements.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the validation team including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Establish and maintain validation procedures, Validation Master Plans (VMPs), SOPs, and best practices.
