Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Validation Manager to lead a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing operation. You will steer validation projects for facilities, equipment, systems to ensure cGMP compliance and regulatory readiness.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, develop VMPs and SOPs, partner with Quality, Engineering and Operations, and drive continuous improvement in line with EudraLex Volume 4 Annex 11 and 15 requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or related field with 10+ years in validation.
• Proven leadership of validation teams in GMP pharma environments.
• Strong knowledge of EudraLex Volume 4, Annex 11 and Annex 15.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform validation activities for facilities, equipment, systems and processes.
• Lead, develop and mentor the validation team.
• Establish and maintain VMPs, SOPs and validation documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
