Job summary

Cubiq Recruitment is seeking a Senior Consultant to own our US robotics software desk. You will run the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, build deep client and candidate relationships, and develop new business into repeat, multi-hire accounts.

The role offers a market-leading commission structure and incentives, with opportunities to fly to the US for conferences and client sites. You’ll join a lean, expert team and play a pivotal role in growing the desk as the go-to name in robotics recruitment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ 360 recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting in software, engineering or deep-tech markets.
• Ability to manage both client and candidate relationships effectively.
• A proactive, self-motivated and target-driven approach.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable owning a market and building it over time.

Responsibilities

• Run the full 360 recruitment lifecycle across the US robotics software market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the software space.
• Identify, win and develop new business, turning one-off placements into repeat, multi-hire accounts.
• Represent standout software engineers to some of the best-known names in robotics.
• Deliver against live vacancies while building active candidate pipelines ahead of demand.
• Advise clients on hiring strategy, talent availability and where the market is moving.
• Grow your desk, balancing delivery with long-term business development.
