Job summary

Price Forbes in London is seeking a Head of Technical for US Casualty to lead a specialist technical team in a hybrid setup (2/3 days in office).

The role requires deep US Casualty knowledge, leadership and the ability to manage end-to-end technical processes, wordings, endorsements, and KPI-driven performance. You'll collaborate with MD and offshore teams to deliver complex risk solutions within The Ardonagh Group.

Qualifications

• Excellent US Casualty technical knowledge including understanding of various wordings.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficient data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience managing end-to-end technical processes from slip prep to premium collection.
• Ability to work to deadlines and coordinate multiple individuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage Technical Team including Performance Review, goal setting etc
• Production of Open Market slips and endorsements
• Checking processing transactions and transmission of processing documentation
• Technical Account Allocation
• Completing quarterly File Reviews, QA checks and action follow-ups
• Handling bdx for Binders and Lineslips
• Communicating Whitespace enhancements and impact analysis
• Pulling outstanding work reports and distributing to wider team
• Running KPI reports to ensure business goals are met
• Run bad debt, outstanding premiums and payment deadlines reports
• Testing & implementation of new systems
• Member of internal MRC Wordings Committee
• Liaising with MD / Team Leads on budgets
• Offshore Processing team coordination
• Attendance at client meetings where applicable
