AXA XL in London seeks a talented pricing professional to support the Head of Casualty Pricing International Reinsurance on the US Casualty portfolio. You will collaborate with underwriters and gain exposure to regional leadership from day one.

The International Re region spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, with around $1.5bn annual gross written premium. You will help develop pricing methodologies, calibrate tools, and ensure governance across pricing models.

Qualifications

Qualified actuary with FIA/FCAS/FIAA/FSAI credentials and post-qualification experience.
Non-life insurance/reinsurance pricing experience is essential.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate actuarial outputs for underwriters and management.

Responsibilities

Lead pricing support for the US Casualty underwriting team and participate in pricing committees.
Manage junior actuaries and develop pricing methodologies aligned with global standards.
Develop, test and calibrate pricing tools and maintain pricing documentation.
Collaborate with Pricing & Analytics across regions to ensure consistent approach.
Use analytics to drive underwriting decisions and improve pricing reliability.
