Job summary
Stantec in Scotland is seeking a Principal Urban Drainage Modeller based in Edinburgh or Glasgow to lead delivery of major urban drainage and wastewater modelling programmes. You will provide technical leadership across projects, oversee planning, governance and quality assurance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the UK and internationally.
You will mentor engineers, support bids and client relationships, drive innovation, and help grow our modelling capability.

- Support bids, project planning and commercial delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex drainage projects.
- Develop project plans, governance frameworks and QA processes.
- Support business development and bid preparation with technical input.
