Job summary

Immersive Gamebox in London is seeking a Lead Unity Developer to join our small, high-performance team. You will own the SDK, guide architecture, and ship improvements across our live library in venues and home setups.

You'll work closely with the Head of Studio & Player Experience to translate data from player sessions into fixes and new content, including 10-minute games, with AI-assisted development supporting rapid iteration. Hybrid working in Southbank.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Unity/C# development with shipped titles.
• Experience instrumenting games with analytics/telemetry.
• Proven ability to lead technical work and review code.
• Experience creating shared code, frameworks or tools.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Own the SDK and maintain the Unity library.
• Lead technical improvements across existing games.
• Turn player data and feedback into shipped fixes.
• Plan and deliver regular monthly updates across the library.
• Build new content such as short-format games.
• Guide other developers through code reviews.
• Move fast with AI-assisted development.
