Crooton Ltd is seeking a Unit Nurse Manager (RGN) for a care home in Bristol. The role focuses on clinical leadership and coordinating care to deliver person-centred services.

You will work alongside the senior management and multidisciplinary teams to champion dignity, independence and high-quality outcomes. The post is 36 hours per week, mainly days with some flexibility for occasional nights, with a pay rate of £23.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with valid RGN registration.
