Job summary

Crooton Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Nursing Community Manager (RGN) to lead a team of nurses and carers in a care home setting. The role combines clinical expertise with people leadership to deliver compassionate, person-centred care.

You will collaborate with senior management and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring dignity, safety and high standards of care, with flexible day shifts and occasional nights. The position offers 36 hours per week at £23.50 per hour.
