Job summary

NaturalMotion, part of the Zynga and Take-Two Interactive family, is seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer to shape the player experience for an unannounced mobile title. You will steer the end-to-end UX/UI vision, manage a design team, and oversee concept to implementation in Unreal Engine.

This hybrid role requires hands-on leadership and live-ops expertise. You will mentor internal and external talent, champion scalable UX systems, and collaborate with Art Director, Design Director, and Product

Qualifications

Experience leading UI/UX teams with shipped titles.
Proven ability to ship live-service mobile games.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Expert in design systems and live-ops methodologies.

Responsibilities

Define and own the UX vision for current and future projects, presenting to stakeholders.
Oversee the design process from concept to implementation in Unreal Engine.
Collaborate with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to create cohesive, user-friendly designs.
Utilize data and testing to optimize UX flows and iterate during live operations.
Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards and best practices for the team.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques.
Lead and manage a team of internal and external UI/UX designers.
