Job summary

Ocean Infinity is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead critical projects within its transformation programmes. The role requires delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope, with strong stakeholder collaboration across distributed teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in complex programmes, a solid grasp of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in complex, large-scale Programmes.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects within a programme framework.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and tools.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects within programmes, with defined budgets and timelines.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and partners; run workshops and meetings.
• Provide regular progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure quality standards and successful project handover at closure.
