Job summary

TBA Group is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects for ports and logistics clients. You’ll drive clarity, structure and pace from day one, combining proven methodologies with real-world experience to deliver measurable business impact.

You’ll manage multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control and quality. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and excellent communication to navigate senior client dynamics.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Able to balance commercial priorities, technical constraints and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to read between the lines – spotting risks and opportunities.
• Calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressure.
• PRINCE2 / PMP / APM qualifications preferred and applied flexibly.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of multiple projects on time, on budget and high quality.
• Lead with clarity and agility, applying the right methodology.
• Communicate transparently with stakeholders on progress, risks and budgets.
• Influence with confidence with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Identify blockers early and keep programs moving toward delivery.
• Champion collaboration with engineering, developers and commercial teams.
