Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Managing Consultant with expertise in Programme and Portfolio Management to deliver complex client transformation initiatives across a variety of sectors, driving automation and tooling enhancements.

You will lead multi-supplier delivery, manage budgets and resources, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to the development of new capabilities within the Programme and Change Practice, aligned to Capgemini Invent's 2026 strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-supplier transformation initiatives.
• Commercial acumen to structure deals benefiting clients and Capgemini.
• Experience with hybrid delivery models combining traditional PMO with Agile.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of medium sized and complex client business transformation initiatives.
• Managing budgets, resource profile and billing for large contracts.
• Contributing to delivery strategies and new offerings through automation and tooling.
• Enacting the 2026 strategy within the Programme and Change Practice.
• Developing internal training pathways to upskill consultants in automation and P3M.
• Leading teams on client delivery and mentoring junior members.
