Job summary

You will mentor teams and help grow capabilities. The role supports business development, internal training, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-supplier transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in strategic change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with hybrid delivery models combining traditional and Agile approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead shaping, planning, and delivery of medium to large transformation initiatives.
• Manage budgets, resources, billing, and contracts on client engagements.
• Develop delivery strategies and new offerings from existing assets or new insights.
• Mentor junior team members and enable capability development.
