Job summary

Right2Work in Westmorland and Furness seeks a proactive Lead Trainer to deliver our Personal Development Programme for adults 18+ with SEND. You will lead, inspire and motivate learners and colleagues, turning everyday experiences into meaningful learning opportunities.

You will work hands-on with learners, build relationships and support personal growth, independence and community participation. Experience with SEND is desirable; no recruitment agencies please.

Qualifications

• Experience with adults with SEND is desirable and understanding of person-centered practice, positive risk-taking, safeguarding, and promoting independence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the Personal Development Programme for adults 18+ with SEND.
• Motivate learners and colleagues and create meaningful learning opportunities.
• Build relationships and turn everyday experiences into valuable learning activities.
