Job summary

Sysdoc is seeking a Senior Trainer in SAP 4 HANA Finance, R2R and Project Systems. Based in Soho, London with a hybrid model, you will deliver in-person sessions (3 days+) and may travel within the UK and internationally. Starting ASAP, salary upwards of £70k depending on experience.

This role requires a seasoned trainer who can translate process flows into engaging training materials, support materials, and effective end-user sessions across diverse client teams.

Qualifications

• 7 years+ experience in training roles.
• Experience in defence industries is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train SAP 4 HANA Finance, R2R modules, and Project Systems.
• Develop PowerPoint training materials and reference documents.
• Storyboard for eLearning courses.
• Create QRGs, simulations and work instructions; deliver training to mixed audiences.

Requirements

This role works on assignments across our full spectrum of clients managing own delivery of specific inputs. Demonstrates the core level of skills, tools and techniques required, able to work autonomously.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Training in SAP 4 HANA Finance / R2R modules / Project Systems
• A seasoned trainer that can work from process flows, functional design documents and current materials created such as test scripts and basic training documents
• Developing PPT Training Materials
• Storyboarding for eLearning courses
• Creating Support materials such as QRGs simulations and work instructions and Delivering Training to mixed ability audiences. This can include individuals with no SAP experience, never used Fiori and SAP experts but only using highly configured SAP

Must have knowledge and experience:

• 7 years + in a similar training position
• Experience working within defence industries is advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management, engagement and communications skills, ability to build trusted relationships
• Experience designing and delivering training
• Ability to work collaboratively with client teams, project teams and training resources
• Training material design and development, end-user training delivery, performance support and communications
• Defining training strategy, approach and learning needs analysis
• Language skills are advantageous

Due to mandatory UK government security clearance for some of our clients, the successful candidate must solely hold a British passport (i.e., not hold passports from any other country), as well as meet the requirement of 10 years continuous UK residency. These criteria are set by some of our clients for legal security clearance purposes.
