Job summary

TIP Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Workshop Supervisor to lead our trailer maintenance team. You’ll inspect, diagnose, and repair trailers, while setting the standard for quality and safety.

You’ll mentor technicians and apprentices, drive productive workflow, and ensure our fleet stays road-ready. A proactive attitude and practical hands-on experience are essential for success at TIP Group.

Qualifications

• Inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on trailers.
• Lead by example on the tools and support the team with diagnostics, repairs and productivity.
• Oversee day-to-day workflow in the bay, ensuring work is safe, efficient and to TIP standards.
• Mentor technicians and apprentices, providing guidance and maintaining high workshop standards.
• Collaborate with a hands-on team that values input and teamwork.
• Keep our fleet road-ready and safe for the long haul.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on Trailers.
• Lead by example on the tools and support the team with diagnostics, repairs and productivity.
