Job summary

TIP Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Mobile Trailer Technician to join our field-based team. You’ll inspect, diagnose, maintain and repair trailers at customer sites using a fully equipped MSU, ensuring road-ready fleets.

You’ll work with a supportive group that values you, bringing mechanical experience with trailers or HGVs, a proactive mindset, and a good sense of humour as you support customers across the region.

Qualifications

• Mechanical experience on trailers, HGVs, or similar.
• Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership.
• Good sense of humour.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on trailers at customer sites using a mobile service unit.
• Working closely with a supportive, hands-on team.
• Keeping customers’ fleets road-ready and safe for the long haul.
