Job summary

TIP Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Workshop Supervisor to lead our trailer maintenance team. You’ll inspect, diagnose, and repair trailers, while setting the standard for quality and safety.

You’ll mentor technicians and apprentices, drive productive workflow, and ensure our fleet stays road-ready. A proactive attitude and practical hands-on experience are essential for success at TIP Group.

What You’ll Bring

• Mechanical experience (trailers, HGVs, or similar)
