Senior Traffic Signals Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced engineer to lead the design of complex signalised junctions, pedestrian crossings, and intelligent traffic control systems across various high-profile infrastructure projects. This role offers a balanced mix of home working and onsite presence, ideal for surveys, design validations, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections, surveys, commissioning, and supervision.
• Prepare technical designs for complex signalised junctions and pedestrian crossings, aligned with approved procedures, including technical specifications.
• Provide technical oversight on new product or service ideas and develop design plans.
• Prepare complex MOVA Designs and Datasets.
• Ensure compliance with design standards such as TSRGD, DMRB, and the Traffic Signs Manual.
• Validate MOVA systems for complex junctions and roundabouts.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have experience designing signalised junctions and pedestrian crossings and is looking to advance to a Senior Design Services Engineer role, bringing fresh perspectives within the Traffic Signal Design industry.
