West London NHS Trust is recruiting for an experienced Talking Therapies Modality Practitioner/ Counselling Lead in the Hounslow area. The role combines clinical supervision, caseload oversight, and leading service development initiatives to improve care for priority groups within a diverse community.

The post involves building strong relationships with GPs and key stakeholders, supporting the Clinical Lead, and contributing to quality improvement and governance across the Talking Therapies

Qualifications

• Accredited NHS Talking Therapies practitioner (CfD and/or DIT) with current registration.
• Experience in clinical supervision and leading service initiatives.
• Ability to engage GPs and stakeholders and manage a caseload.
• Commitment to training, quality improvement and safeguarding.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision and line management to staff.
• Lead service development initiatives for priority groups.
