Job summary

Devon Partnership NHS Trust's TALKWORKS service invites applications for a Clinical Team Lead in the North Devon, Taw locality. Qualifications

• Specialist training in NHS Talking Therapies compliant therapy/interventions up to masters or equivalent.
• Experienced in risk assessment within scope of practice and CPD.
• UK registration and accreditation for NHS TT or PWP as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and management for the TALKWORKS team in the Taw locality.
• Develop and implement operational policies to ensure safe, high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain strong working relationships with NHS partners, primary care and external agencies.
• Maintain clinical governance, supervision training, and staff wellbeing.
• Ensure NICE-compliant therapies are delivered and data systems (IAPTus) are used for reporting.
