Nuffield Health Newcastle Hospital is seeking a Senior Theatre Practitioner (ODP) to join our perioperative team. You will be HCPC registered and bring strong theatre experience, leadership and a commitment to exceptional patient care.

This full-time role includes weekend work and requires dedication to safety, governance, and collaboration with clinicians to deliver outstanding surgical services.

Formación

• HCPC registration required.
• Strong perioperative care experience.
• Experience as Senior Theatre Practitioner/ODP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritise patient safety, encourage reporting of safety concerns.
• Promote a safe working environment in line with policies.
• Support governance and compliance with national standards (CQC/HIW/HIS).
• Lead care management and delivery with compassion and dignity.
• Collaborate with clinicians across the hospital to enhance patient care and service delivery.
• Take charge of a theatre, coordinate activities and lead junior staff.
