Nuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital is seeking a Senior Theatre Practitioner (ODP) to join our perioperative team. You will be registered with HCPC and bring post-registration theatre experience, delivering high standards of care in a busy hospital environment.

This role is based at Bournemouth Hospital, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary up to £44,000 depending on experience. Join us to help drive patient safety and governance within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Registered with the appropriate governing body and HCPC registration.
• Post-registration perioperative experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise patient safety and encourage reporting of safety concerns.
• Promote a safe working environment compliant with policies and procedures.
• Support governance activity within the Quality governance framework and standards.
• Provide and lead care management, treating patients with kindness and dignity.
• Collaborate with other clinicians to enhance patient care and service delivery.
• Take charge of a theatre, coordinating and leading junior practitioners.
