Hours: 37.5 (Full-time) Permanent

A exceptional private hospital based in South London is looking for an experienced Lead Theatre Nurse to join their growing team.

Main Duties:

  • Provide clinical leadership to all nursing staff in theatres and ensure high standards of care are maintained.
  • Co-ordinate the day to day running of the theatres, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Mentoring and supporting Junior Members of staff
  • You will be a team player who is confident to run theatre lists and set up theatres.
  • Scrubbing for a range of specialisms, including: gynaecology, plastics, ENT.

Key Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with valid registration.
  • 2 years of UK-based experience working at a senior level, with a proven track record of excellence in clinical practice and leadership.
  • Experience in a perioperative setting, with scrub expertise.
  • ENT, Gynae, general and plastic scrub experience.
