Job Description:

• Full time Lead ANP or ACP position in the Hornchurch area
• Working across two sites
• Leading a clinical team, assisting the GPs with decision making and staff management
• Working within a skilled MDT of Nurses, GPs, HCAs, and more
• Autonomously assessing and diagnosing patients with acute and chronic conditions
• Treating minor ailments (injuries and illnesses)
• Prescribing medication and supporting the GPs with prescriptions
• Some home visits may be required
• Using EMIS system

• Band 8a salary (outer London) £56,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements:
