Job summary

MBDA is seeking a Principal Test Development Engineer to contribute to the design, integration and validation of test system hardware Solutions within the Test Equipment Design Team. The role is based in the UK with hybrid working possibilities and a salary of around £55,000 depending on experience.

Locations include Stevenage, Bristol or Bolton with monthly travel to Stevenage. A relocation package may be offered and benefits include a company bonus, enhanced pension, and flexible working

Qualifications

• Proven experience in design, integration and validation of test system hardware
• Experience with Design Proving and performance testing during development
• Experience in Environmental and EMC testing during qualification

Responsibilities

• Define and specify test approaches for test equipment
• Lead packages of work and manage deliveries to senior design engineers
• Support design reviews and manufacturing queries for test systems
• Work in an international environment to deliver products
