MBDA UK is seeking a Test Development Engineer to contribute to the design, integration and validation of test system hardware solutions within our Test Equipment Design Team. This role offers a hybrid working pattern, with on-site collaboration required as needed and remote work for focused tasks.

The position includes a competitive salary around £43,000, potential relocation support, and benefits such as a company bonus, pension contributions, and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware design for test systems.
• Knowledge of test needs and life cycle development.
• Experience with design proving and performance testing during development.
• Familiarity with environmental and EMC testing during qualification.
• Strong written documentation skills for test equipment design.
