The Global Technology Chief Operating Office (GT COO) manages significant programs across Global Technology, driving accelerated execution with full transparency for our senior executives.

As a Technical Program Manager in GT COO, you will drive the successful execution of complex technology programs that support the delivery of business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technology practices, principles, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions while effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate ambiguity and change, ensuring technology initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Assess and analyze complex technology change challenges and determine strategic approaches to execute across Global Technology.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of solutions.
  3. Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain momentum.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  5. Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify improvement areas, and implement data-driven optimizations.
  6. Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Advanced experience with application development practices, including software development lifecycle, hygiene management, and controls compliance.
  • Formal experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects in large organizations.
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish productive relationships and influence decisions across teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations.
  • Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to break down objectives into manageable tasks.
Additional Qualifications
  • Experience creating senior-level presentations.
  • Ability to articulate complex problems and influence strategic decisions.
  • Understanding of software engineering practices and ability to shape change strategies.
