Mastercard is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives. The role requires independent handling of ambiguous areas and leading foundational program practices across engineering teams.

You will partner with product, engineering, and security to deliver complex initiatives, scale engineering squads, and establish repeatable delivery models in a fast-evolving environment.

Formación

• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous, early-stage contexts.
• Proven experience managing complex technical programs across multiple teams.
• Strong expertise in agile delivery models and Scrum practices.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• BS in engineering, computer science, project management or related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Operate with a high degree of independence to address ambiguous problem spaces and drive timely execution.
• Help establish foundational program management practices, including delivery processes and governance.
• Lead coordination across internal teams and external vendors for alignment on scope and timelines.
• Identify and bridge gaps between regions, architectures, and partners to create scalable patterns for cross-team collaboration.
• Manage escalations and drive resolutions impacting multiple teams or stakeholders.
• Provide accurate program updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
