Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Technical Manager for Connexin Live in Hull, to deliver all technical and production aspects of events. You will lead the Venue Technician team, coordinate technical planning, and provide hands-on support during live events.

You will work with the Events team and senior leaders to drive continuous improvement, align priorities, and deliver exceptional service to clients, promoters, artists, and visitors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in live events/venues with strong technical operations knowledge.
• Leads teams and manages competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Solid health and safety understanding and compliant practices.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and venue software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the venue's technical operation and workforce.
• Plan, advance, and deliver events with promoters and teams.
• Manage sound, lighting, power distribution, and reactive maintenance.
• Ensure health, safety, and risk mitigation across operations.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement and client service.
