Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Technical Manager for the fall protection and working at height sector. Based in Wirral with frequent site visits, you will act as the technical authority, shaping standards and delivery across projects UK-wide.

Reporting to senior management, you will lead engineering teams, mentor staff, review designs to ensure compliance with relevant standards and legislation, and contribute to product development and training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in work at height, fall protection or façade access sectors.
• Experience in leading technical teams.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
• CAD experience.
