Job summary

PTSG Access & Safety is seeking a Lead Fall Protection Installer to manage on-site installations across Essex, London and the South East. You will lead a small team, ensure safe practices, and liaise with site managers and clients to deliver compliant fall protection systems, including mansafe and safety lines.

The role requires experience at height, CSCS Card, full UK driving licence, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience installing fall protection systems.
• Experience working at height while installing systems.
• CSCS Card required.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation works on construction sites.
• Supervise Assistant Engineers on site.
• Liaise with Site Managers and clients to coordinate work.
• Install fall protection systems including mansafe and safety lines.
• Ensure installations comply with method statements and British Standards.
• Complete installation reports and site documentation.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles on site.
