Turning Point UK is recruiting a Team Manager for the Integrated Substance Use Service in North East Lincolnshire. Qualifications

• Experience of line management/supervision/coaching in health/social care settings.
• Strong understanding of treatment services and engagement of service users.
• Experience with report writing and analysing data/records.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and line management for the Integrated Substance Use Service team.
• Oversee implementation of treatment pathways for people with substance use issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with partner agencies and promote referrals.
• Lead on reporting, evaluation and ensuring high standards of care.
