Job summary

Qualifications

• Plan, prepare, and deliver learning activities under supervision.
• Assess pupil needs and support progress with specialist knowledge.
• Develop and implement Individual Education and Behaviour Plans (IEPs).
• Provide feedback on pupil progress and contribute to assessments and records.

Responsibilities

• Lead small group sessions and occasionally whole-class support.
• Mentor and support other teaching assistants, including appraisal and training.
• Contribute to planning and delivery of enrichment activities.
• Promote inclusion, independence, and positive behaviour in pupils.
