Job summary

• Training in strategies e.g. literacy; ICT, maths, English, etc.
• Appropriate first aid training.

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of pupils and use specialist skills to support learning.
• Establish productive relationships with pupils and set high expectations.
• Develop and implement IEPs.
• Promote inclusion and equal access to opportunities to learn.
• Provide feedback on pupil progress.
