Job summary

Oasis Academy Mayfield is seeking a lead teacher to head the Technology department and sit on the middle leadership team. The role includes responsibility for departmental staff and technicians, curriculum, assessment and improvement planning, with a focus on raising attainment for disadvantaged and vulnerable learners.

Specialisms are Design Technology or Food, and there is an emphasis on leadership of the department and its standards.
