Job summary

Erskine Stewart Melville are recruiting a Lead Teacher Support for Learning (Neurodiversity) to join the Senior School, Support for Learning Department on a permanent basis from January 2027. The role is full time, with a salary of £57,217, based at ESM Senior School on the Queensferry Road site in Edinburgh.

Responsibilities

Teach S1–S4 literacy and numeracy with high quality lessons.
Provide 1:1 support to neurodivergent learners and pastoral check-ins.
Design and deliver training for colleagues on neurodiversity.
Advise on the learning environment and reasonable adjustments.
