We are seeking a passionate and skilled Lead Teacher to lead teaching and learning within our Specialist Hub of Inclusive Practice (SHIP) for KS2 pupils with a range of co-occurring needs, enabling them to make progress from their individual starting points.

The Specialist Hub of Inclusive Practice (SHIP) is a hub of inclusive excellence, leading in child centred, evidence-based inclusive education and practice. It is an additionally resourced provision, providing differentiated and bespoke learning opportunities and tailored environments and resources that enable children to be effectively supported within a mainstream school.

As a Lead class teacher, you will create a positive, inclusive learning environment where children are inspired, challenged, and supported to reach their full potential. The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality teaching and learning that supports the achievement, progress, and well-being of all pupils.
